Royal Jaarbeurs unburdens customers with new event platform

Royal Jaarbeurs is joining forces with international event management platform Visit by GES. With this move, the Utrecht-based event organisation will bring all its registration, ticketing, matchmaking and lead generation under one central platform. From January 2026, all of Jaarbeurs 's (international) trade and consumer exhibitions will be fully supported by the new system.

In the past, we worked with different systems side by side: for registration, ticketing, matchmaking and lead generation. Each part had its own solution, sometimes even per country. This led to unnecessary complexity and a fragmented customer journey. Thanks to Visit by GES, we now have one integrated platform that brings everything together seamlessly. This allows us to offer our customers an uncluttered customer journey."



Matchmaking and lead generation on one platform

The new platform improves the digital visitor experience from A to Z and offers exhibitors a clear environment in which they can easily arrange everything related to matchmaking and lead generation: registration, company profile and products, connections and meetings and lead generation. The ticketing system for visitors is also fully integrated. Fleur Kuijpers, product owner at Jaarbeurs: "This cooperation allows us to streamline our processes while improving the service for exhibitors and visitors. Smarter, more efficient and better users

The choice of Visit by GES is the result of an intensive call for tenders in which Jaarbeurs looked for an all-in-one solution that is scalable, reliable and user-friendly. The integration of registration, on-site services and data-driven insights enables Jaarbeurs to manage impact and customer experience even better.
