Looking for a unique meeting room or function room in Flemish Brabant? Concept55 in Keerbergen is a modular space that can be fully customized to your needs. Its central location makes it easily accessible and close to Mechelen, Bonheiden, Werchter, Haacht, Kampenhout, and more.
WHY CHOOSE CONCEPT55?
- Modern space in Keerbergen, Flemish Brabant (convenient location between Mechelen and Leuven).
- Space for a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 25 people (depending on the layout). Maximum 15 people with catering (if everyone needs their own table). In a theater setting, we can accommodate 25 people. The space is 100 m².
- Plenty of daylight, ideal for photoshoots.
- Wifi, Airtame streaming, presentation TV and whiteboard available.
- The space can be rented with or without catering. We prioritize local, high-quality products and work exclusively with local caterers to ensure a luxurious culinary experience.
- Renting is available for half-days. The space is available for a minimum of four hours. Would you like to rent for five or six hours? That's also possible; feel free to request a customized quote.
- Private parking and a private terrace are available. The garden with its flower meadow and the other terrace can also be used upon request.

Beautiful day space, ideal for photo shoots
What a wonderful experience! I recently had the pleasure of doing a photo shoot in Elien and Fabio's bright dayroom, and I can honestly say it was an absolute pleasure.
First, the owners of the space were incredibly friendly and helpful. They are always ready to help with anything we needed.
The bright day room itself was just perfect. The large windows provided an abundance of natural light, which is ideal for photography. The interior was stylish and well maintained, and there was plenty of room to work and move.
All in all, my experience at Concept55 was absolutely fantastic. The friendly owners, beautiful daylight space and amenities on offer made it the ideal place for a photo shoot.
I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great place to take photos. I look forward to returning again in the future!
Beautiful and inspiring location!
Both Elien and her husband welcome you in a warm and professional manner from the first contact online until the end of your live day at Concept 55. The environment is beautiful! So much light and that between the trees! Great to be able to inspire your customers like this! You also notice that the customers are fully focused because there are no distractions such as busy traffic, for example.
The catering was also super tasty and in order! I organize every live day in this beautiful space! :)

Concept 55 is the place to be for all your events!
I have organized an event there several times (about 20 people) and time and time again Elien and Fabio amaze me.
Everything is always in order down to the last detail; from preparation to cleaning up the room.
They absolutely want you to be able to enjoy your event in peace.
Elien goes over your wishes; how you want the tables to be positioned, what you would like to have for lunch, when everything can be provided.
Fabio is also available all day long to monitor everything carefully, so that you can manage your event without any worries.
Not to forget that we work with local partners for breakfast and lunch. These are always very tasty and healthy.

Concept 55 is de place to be voor al je events!
Ik organiseerde er al enkele keren een event (ongeveer 20 personen) en keer op keer verbazen Elien en Fabio mij.
Alles is steeds tot in de puntjes in orde; van de voorbereiding naar de opruim van de zaal.
Zij willen absoluut dat je in alle rust kan genieten van je event.
Elien overloopt je wensen; hoe je wil dat de tafels staan, wat je graag als lunch hebt, wanneer alles voorzien mag worden.
Fabio staat ook de hele dag klaar om alles goed mee op te volgen, zodat je zelf zorgeloos je event kan leiden.
Niet te vergeten dat er met lokale partners wordt gewerkt naar ontbijt en lunch toe. Deze zijn keer op keer erg lekker én gezond.
Ik kom zeker terug!
