BIZZevents organizes corporate events, open days, receptions, theme parties, family parties... and this customized and according to budget. Total concept from A to Z or just a part. From furnishing, catering, catering, staff, DJ, animation, safety... to construction and dismantling.

BIZZevents consists of a team of 5 enthusiastic professionals, Anse, Margo, Wouter, Luc & Ruben, who provide their experience and knowledge to make every event, big or small, a success. They have followed a training "Events" at the Hoge school VIVES in Kortrijk and "Event management" Odisee Aalst.

BIZZevents starts from a blank sheet. To know what your wishes and ideas are, we would like to make an appointment. There are no costs or obligations associated with this conversation.

We listen to you. We then look for the concept that fits best. Then we make a first proposal, completely customized. This first concept is fully discussed and adjusted until it meets all wishes. We give the necessary advice and help with the search for a suitable location if necessary.

Then we get to work. We make a script of the entire event and keep you informed of appointments, bookings, permits, budget etc.

We coordinate the entire (or partial) event/party and this according to agreements and wishes. Afterwards we evaluate the event together. We have our own specialized staff.

What a day, what an atmosphere, what a race! Thanks to you, BIZZevents, we were able to experience Remco Evenepoel's World Road Championships in Kigali in an unforgettable way with the R.EV 1703 OFFICIAL FAN CLUB SCHEPDAAL. In just a few days, you transformed the parking lot of café De Rustberg into a vibrant party venue, complete with a 10m x 20m African-style marquee and a giant screen where we could watch the race together. After the finish, Luc himself got behind the disco bar and proved he's still got what it takes. What a way to end the day!

BIZZevents, thank you for your flexibility, creativity, and tireless efforts. Thanks to you, this was a day to remember.

25 years of marriage 13/09/2025

Thank you all for making our 25th wedding anniversary an incredibly beautiful day.
The weather wasn't great, but it was heartwarming to see how much effort you put into making this holiday possible for us.
Everything was perfectly organized, down to the last detail, so we could enjoy ourselves carefree. What an unforgettable day you made possible for us and our guests on September 13, 2025. Your professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made our 25th wedding anniversary a celebration we will cherish forever.
From our visit to the clothing boutiques, the hairdresser, the perfect welcome on the bus in the morning, the enchanting guided tour on the Scheldt, the excellent service and the perfect lunch, the atmospheric decorations at De Filatuur, the beautifully prepared dinner with so much choice, the wonderful music during dinner and in the piano bar, the photographer and the photo booth, the DJ who patiently played until the last dancer went home, to the smooth organization and support – everything went smoothly and felt completely tailored to our wishes.
Thanks to everyone behind the scenes: planners, technicians, caterers, waitstaff, and skippers... Your enthusiasm and dedication ensured we didn't have to worry about a thing that day and were able to fully enjoy every moment with family and friends. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it, and all the feedback we received was very positive.
We are so grateful for these wonderful memories. Thank you so much for everything.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your entire team for the wonderful party you gave us last Saturday.
Everything that was promised came true: the decoration of the room - simply beautiful!!! - the food was super tasty - beautiful presentation of the plates - everything perfectly warm (even though the schedule was not followed by us) - perfect service - super friendly staff. You thought of the smallest details - even when I suddenly thought of the cloakroom in the afternoon, you answered me very simply = no problem, I thought of that!!!
I received nothing but very nice compliments - I was able to enjoy a carefree evening, thanks to you.
And... everything was spick and span.
In short... your slogan "party without worries" is the whole truth. Thank you for that.

Wedding

We planned our wedding party at our home in Dilbeek via BIZZevents. Our choice for BIZZevents was made based on the excellent reviews and our experience at events organized by them, which we attended in the past years. Given their location in Lennik, we could also keep it local that way.

It is with great pleasure that we can further confirm all these positive notes. Luc was our main contact person and made true what is described on their website: starting from a blank sheet and organizing a carefree party.

The organization started months in advance and was very concrete from the beginning, from decoration to catering and the spatial organization in our home. Luc is clearly someone with experience who knows his world. Inevitable setbacks were dealt with in a very short time with elegant and equal solutions.

It wasn't until the day before the event that we really realized what Luc can do. As the Elon Musk of event planning, Luc is not only involved in the organization, but also personally helps out on the work floor, such as hanging lights and decorating our location down to the smallest detail. What sets him apart from Elon Musk is that Luc is very accessible and friendly, and no question is too much for him.

In short, a personal approach and a carefree party is what was promised, and what was also delivered. We could not have imagined our wedding party better than the party that BIZZevents organized for us.

This way we will have lifelong positive memories of one of the most beautiful days of our lives. Priceless!
